Sharon Kopman, Vice President of Oak Point Partners (a private investment firm), is an accomplished business advisor and executive working with public and private companies. With more than 28 years of experience in financial restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, Kopman has developed a deep expertise in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks and finding strategic opportunities. Her background has proven invaluable to both boards where she is a director and she advises. She has a proven track record of leading compliance and legal functions and financially restructuring companies.
